Not positive why I had an urge to make seaweed salad but I did. It is very simple and so delicious!

What you'll need:
"Healthy Sea Vegetable" otherwise known as dried wakame
1 tbs. Rice Vinegar
1 tsp. Sesame Seed Oil
Juice from one slice of a Clementine
1 tsp. Poppy Seed/ Flax Seed
Shichimi Togarashi (Chili Pepper, ground ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder)
As much shredded carrot as you please

Soak the dried seaweed in water for about five minutes and pat dry.

Mix in carrots, sauces, and seasonings.

And Voila!!! I served the rest of the clementine on the side. And made green tea infused with lavender from the garden. Happy yummy yummy!!!
