My head in your Sound.
This past month I can't keep my mind from side tracking into the different relams of art.
Im obsessed.
Our obsessions with skulls have continued... "Corpse work with the Huichol people of Western Mexico to create these beaded skulls. The Huichols believe in the power of the Sun God, ancestral spirits and four principal deities – Deer, Corn, Peyote and the Eagle. They live in the Sierra Madre Mountains and have a long history in creating beaded art." Find Here.
"Once upon a time there was a girl who had 7 invisible horses. People
thought she was crazy and that she in fact had 7 imaginary horses, but
this was not the case. When autumn came the girl spent a whole day washing all
her clothes. She hung them on a string in her garden to let the gentle autumn
sun dry them. Out of nowhere, a terrible storm came and its fiercefull winds
grabbed a hold of all her clothes and all seven horses (authors note: since they
are invisible they obviously didn't weigh much). The girl was devestated and
spent all autumn looking for each horse spread around the country, wrapped in
her clothes."

Savage.
Visiting isn't getting strategical encouragement
We saw, shouted, attempt to suffer
Exhaustion you acknowledged
Risk comes reward
Disappointment down to the shortest
We started and were rewarded
Early dawn splashed against formations
Shadows melt away color
Dirty young, sprinting over danger
to question the animal
Gentle meandering curves replaced near the river
Desolate
except fellow mules hauling from the depths of the cooled darkness
It is gentle, beautiful.
The phantom ranch.

I'll be at home.
This project is pretty self explanatory. Only two people on the whole entire world, me being one, would understand.

A version of my Boyfriend.
Aleks, my boyfriend, is a lover of the song Jimmy Breeze by CLOUDDEAD. After I painted this inspired piece of him, I realized I should have wrote is that sick? Maybe I was high, oh well, he thought it was funny.
"MOM,
I've kept a razor under my tongue since I was a small toddler with a tight belt
I haven't been able to kiss a woman with an open mouth, my friend
Cause I'm afraid that I'd split her lip,
Is that sick?"
